Exploring further afield couldn’t be easier, Bathampton is set betwixt the A4 and the A36, giving easy access to the American Museum the only museum of Americana outside of the USA, or Longleat House with its wealth of art.

Only 15 minutes drive away is the National Trust owned village of Lacock which dates back to the 13th-century, and is famous for its part in films such as Pride & Prejudice and Harry Potter.

The chocolate-box Cotswold villages of Biddestone, & Castle Combe (Dr Doolittle) are within easy reach, as is Corsham Court—home of the country’s largest privately owned art collection.
