The Accommodation
From the towpath you enter a small front garden which offers an ideal spot in which to sit and enjoy the delights the canal has to offer - barges drifting by, an abundance of waterfowl and wild life, and the occasional fisherman trying his luck!
The front porch leads into a very light and airy lounge which has a cottage style suite, television, DVD player and stereo. From this room you can enjoy lovely views over the canal to the front.
The upstairs bedroom has a Victorian style double bed with organic cotton bedding. There is a wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside cabinets, plus a chair so you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the canal.
The en-suite bathroom has a large modern shower, basin and WC and large storage cupboard.
The kitchen/diner is situated on the lower-ground floor and looks out onto an attractive courtyard garden.
The kitchen is well fitted with electric cooker, washing machine and microwave oven.
There is a vaulted area to the rear of the kitchen which leads to a second WC and storage area.
